Resort Rules

Speed limit: 5 mph throughout the resort. This is strictly enforced!!! There are children at play. Relax, there is no need to hurry. No mini-bikes, direct bikes or go cart riding permitted inside the resort.Quiet time: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Radio, television, activities and yes, children,  must be controlled during these hours. Excessive noise or abusive language will not be tolerated and may be grounds for eviction. Just please be considerate of your neighbors. We don’t want to evict anyone and no one wants to be evicted. There are no refunds offered to evicted campers.

Trash: Please put trash in plastic bags and place them in the designated dumpster.

Children: Adult supervision of your children is a must! Children must be at their campsite by 10 pm or with their parents. Parents are financially responsible for any damage or vandalism caused by their children.

Pets: Please keep pets on a leash. Clean up after your pets anywhere and everywhere! You can walk your dogs across the street. If your dog exhibits aggressive behavior, please do everyone a favor and leave them at home. We do not allow dogs with aggressive behavior. There is a $25 non refundable pet deposit for all pets.

Visitors: All visitors must check in with management. 

Beach: We do not have a lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and must wear a flotation device while on the dock or in a boat, it’s the law. There is a current in the Pend O’Reille River, so please keep a close and watchful eye on your children.

Boat Trailers: If you have a trailer, speak to the manager before parking your trailer for direction.

Campfires: Campfires are allowed and encouraged, weather permitting. During time of fire restriction no fires of any type are permitted. Firewood is available for sale and you are welcome to bring your own firewood. If you elect to bring your own firewood, you are required to pile your wood in a safe manner and stack it in an organized fashion. Do not dump piles near your campsite – it is unsightly and can be a hazard. Used lumber or wood with nails is not permitted. Campfires must be attended at all times. All campfires must be extinguished before retiring for the evening or leaving the resort. No glass or cans are to be placed into fires.

Parking: This will be at the discretion of management. You will be directed where to park when checking in. Please be considerate of others who need to park and maneuver throughout the resort. One car per site is allowed. Any additional cars must be parked up on top at a cost of $10 per night.

Law ordinances and insurance regulations: Campers and visitors agree to obey and carry out federal, state, county and municipal laws, regulations, rules and ordinances. Such laws include all prohibitions regarding the consumption and use of alcoholic beverages by persons under the age of 21. Campers supplying alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 will be evicted and no refund shall be offered.

THE OWNERS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF TENANTS PERSONAL PROPERTY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

The following are prohibited:

Drugs (unless prescribed by a physician)
Public drunkenness
Electric Heaters
Expanding into more than one site
Washing of cars, trucks, RVs or trailers (without permission of management)
Car repairs or other unsightly projects on the campsites
Running of air conditioner while not in your unit if you are gone for the day or the weekend
Firearms, bows and arrows
Fireworks
